Fiber Prep, What to do with a Fleece
Sorting a fleece can feel daunting! What parts to keep, discard or compost?
During this workshop we will analyze a raw fleece straight off the sheep, skirt it (the term for sorting the fiber), and learn several washing techniques based on end use.
No prior experience required. A great workshop for spinners/felters/knitters/crocheters to expand
your understanding of fibers and how they behave in a project.
