My First Sock: Baby Socks



So you’ve been wanting to learn to knit socks, but for whatever reason you haven’t taken the plunge.  This is the class for you!  In one session we will knit a baby sock that uses all of the same techniques for an adult sized sock!  This pattern is perfect for tiny feet and using up those scraps of sock yarn.  

In this class you will learn: the anatomy of the sock, how to turn the heel, wrap and turn short rows, how to pick up for the instep, & kitcheners stitch.

Skills needed: cast on, knit, purl, decrease stitches.

Supplies needed: Size 2 DPNs or if you prefer MagicLoop method, stitch marker, and tapestry needle
